We remember every day, what we have conquered and what is revealed to us.
Not always achieved, not always we allow ourselves the first step.
The question arises, how can we remember what we are without something preventing us from being?
My brothers, for many reasons we continue to launch these works, for some reasons we continue to allow this work in ourselves and in others, for all the reasons we want to remember what we really are.
One of the explanations we find is the reminder that we are not alone, we need our brother to remind us, we need a brother to be a mirror, we need a shoulder to lean on, we need support to be able to receive this love. The brotherhood.
Our conviction to do this work together is just that. Alex and I, we remember each other, we are inspired by each other and from this created strength we want to put ourselves at your service, my brother.

Sweat Lodge/ Inipi
I am very honored to receive during this Immersion a special guest; A great inspiration from the Lakota tradition, a Medicine Man I respect and cherish a lot. During this time, he will share his wisdom with our Circle and a ceremony of INIPI (Sweat Lodge) from the Lakota Tradition. It's a precious and unique opportunity my brothers.
The Location
Gravito - Healing Retreat Centre is a magical place, out of time, nestled in a valley in central Portugal and surrounded by acres of forest.
It is a wild place that cuts us off from the world and invites us to reconnect with the rhythm of nature and find our own rhythm.
This sacred land offers the ideal environment to go back inside and initiate this journey.
There is an incredible river and a small waterfall where it is possible to swim surrounded by this wilderness.
Accommodation is available in domes or tipis for 4 people.
A huge and magnificent geodesic dome open to nature hosts ceremonies, rituals and practices.
The place is solar powered, as is the water for the showers (which comes from the river) and invites us to understand and adopt a new way of consuming.
Dry toilets have also been created and are available.
Staying at Gravito is an unique experience that brings us back to a simple and basic way of life in a magical environment for a greater (re)connection to ourselves and to Mother Nature.

10 Years ago, i was working in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
From the outside i appeared to be a successful manager, in reality i was living an unhappy, unfulfilled, and depressed life.
I went on a quest, which took me deep inside himself, radically changing my lifestyle values and world views.
Nowadays i have a background in Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork and Nutrition. I unites all this skills in Men’s Work, allowing this knowledge to run full circle, alchemizing it into wisdom.
I have been facilitating for the past 9 years, the aim of his work is simple:
To support humans to return and to open their hearts.
Miguel Sevilhano
I’m an holistic therapist since 2005, moved by curiosity, I developed the ability to heal others with my own healing.
Loving to observe the dynamics of nature, my approach is a combination of various techniques in a natural way, blending the ancient and spiritual principles of Ayurveda, with a precise vision of Osteopathy, the gentleness of Cranial-Sacral therapy and Breathwork for releasing traumas.
My work goes from 1:1 sessions to group rituals and group healing sessions.
I facilitate also the work for the Sacred Masculine creating healthy Brotherhood.
I want to give thanks to all my teachers/mentors, who during my journey as a student have enriched me in my own healing as well as the healing of my patients.
Each course has been a reconstruction of my being.

I am a self-proclaimed cultural innovator, spiritual activist, visionary tracker and storyteller.
I am passionate about training and cultivating in all aspects of my life;
physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and communal.
The Food
Delicious, organic and nourishing meals made from local produce from the garden. Quality and seasonal food which reconnects us to our bodies and to the Earth. The harmony with nature will also be found in our plates.

The Conditions
✡ The price includes:
- All practices mentioned in the program
- Accommodation in a dome or tipi for 4 people (very comfortable beds)
- Full board (delicious organic meals prepared with love and care from local products from the dinner on September 8th until the brunch on September 12th 2023)
- Yoga mat and all the necessary equipment for the different practices during the whole retreat

✡ No prerequisites. Every men are welcomed.
✡ The Retreat will be held in English.
As the facilitator is Portuguese, there will be a possibility for occasional translation in Portuguese. Know that you are also always welcome to share in the circle in your Native Language.
