A space for fathers to connect, share, and support each other — without pressure to perform or “go deep.”

This is not a space for shadow work.

The intention is not to process or fix.

It’s a space to be heard, to be held, to listen, and to feel supported.

Of course, we’ll speak about fatherhood — its beauty, its challenges, and everything in between.

But we’re not only fathers.

Behind every father, there’s a man.

And this circle welcomes all of him too.

Real conversations among fathers — about life, love, manhood, and the moments that shape us.

This is a space to:

• Learn from each other’s experience

STRUCTURE

We begin with a 1-month journey:

4 weekly sessions to build trust, presence, and connection.

Time: 19h00 (Portugal time)

Duration: ~1h30 to 2h (online)

Then we continue with monthly gatherings (e.g., every full moon) — to check in, share, and stay connected.

Max 15 men per circle — so everyone has the space to be seen and heard.
