You know the biggest reason I'm on this path?!
Because I felt uncomfortable, because I felt alone, because I felt I couldn't find depth with my brothers, with men. I thought I was alone with many of my fears and doubts.
This retreat becomes a self-explanatory experience.
I am not here to show you something that had not already been done in the past.
I am not here to discuss which is the right way or the perfect approach to enter into the sacred masculine.
I am just one more man, present, willing to heal in brotherhood, to remember how close we can be and how much we need each other.
This work will be an ancestral reminder of how we can be balanced with our polarities. With the gentleness of the protector and the power of being vulnerable.

To challenge our comforts.
To connect with Spirit, with the elements and with nature in the purest and simplest way.
We will explore our physical limits, shelter our emotions, trust our guides and find our way to navigate in this Great
Mystery that is life.
Brotherhood will be our foundation to remember the ancient ways of gathering and bringing to life all our potential to be reflected in all fields of our life.
From this experience we will have all the tools to find comfort in our hearts, embodying our truth and integrity as Men.

The Location

Gravito - Healing Retreat Centre is a magical place, out of time, nestled in a valley in central Portugal and surrounded by acres of forest.
It is a wild place that cuts us off from the world and invites us to reconnect with the rhythm of nature and find our own rhythm.
This sacred land offers the ideal environment to go back inside and initiate this journey.
There is an incredible river and a small waterfall where it is possible to swim surrounded by this wilderness.
Accommodation is available in domes or tipis for 4 people.
A huge and magnificent geodesic dome open to nature hosts ceremonies, rituals and practices.
The place is solar powered, as is the water for the showers (which comes from the river) and invites us to understand and adopt a new way of consuming.
Dry toilets have also been created and are available.
Staying at Gravito is an unique experience that brings us back to a simple and basic way of life in a magical environment for a greater (re)connection to ourselves and to Mother Nature.

The Facilitator

Miguel Sevilhano is a holistic therapist since 2005, moved by curiosity, he developed the ability to heal others with his own healing.
Lover of Nature, he combines various techniques in a natural way, blending the ancient and spiritual principles of Ayurveda, with a precise vision of Osteopathy, the gentleness of Cranial-Sacral therapy and with Breathwork for releasing traumas.
His work goes beyond 1:1 sessions, group rituals, group healing sessions are his passion, he facilitates the work for the Sacred Masculine.

The Food

Delicious, organic and vegetarian or vegan meals made from local produce from the garden. Quality and seasonal food which reconnects us to our bodies and to the Earth. The harmony with nature will also be found in our plates.

The Dates

Check-in at 18h on Thursday the 12th of May.
Check-out from 15h on Monday the 16th of May.

The Price

Early Bird (until 15/04): 650€
Normal Price (from 16/04): 695€

The Conditions

✡ The price includes:

- All practices mentioned in the program

- Accommodation in a dome or tipi for 4 people (very comfortable beds)

- Full board (delicious vegan and organic meals prepared with love and care from local products from the dinner on May 12th until the brunch on May 16th 2022)

- Yoga mat and all the necessary equipment for the different practices during the whole retreat

✡ The price does not include:

- Flights

- Return transfers to/from the airport

- Travel and liability insurance

✡ No prerequisites. Every men are welcomed.

✡ The Retreat will be held in English.

As the facilitator is Portuguese, there will be a possibility for occasional translation in Portuguese. Know that you are also always welcome to share in the circle in your Native Language.

➳ In case of cancellation by the participant for personal reasons:

Transport

It takes 1h45 to 2h driving time from Lisbon airport.

A mini bus will be organised for the transfer to/from Gravito (time and price to be confirmed).

It is recommended to arrive in Lisbon before 14:00 on Thursday 12th May to be able to benefit from the transfer.
