The biggest reason I’m on this path? Because I felt the hollow ache of loneliness, the discomfort of being a man without true connection, without depth, without brothers to stand beside. I believed my fears, doubts, and struggles were mine to carry alone.
But The Lone Wolf Times Are Over is more than a retreat—it’s a call to reclaim what we’ve lost. This is not about finding the “right way” or becoming the “perfect man.” This is about showing up, raw and real, as one among brothers. I am here not to lead, but to join you in healing, to remind you—and myself—that we belong here together.
In Edition IV, we will step into an initiation as ancient as the earth itself, a chance to reclaim our masculine balance. We’re here to break down the walls of isolation and find power in our vulnerability, strength in our gentleness, and courage in our truth.
This experience will be our rite of passage—a journey that challenges our comforts, brings us closer to Spirit, and grounds us in the purest connection with nature and each other. Together, we’ll test our physical limits, honor our emotions, and trust the guidance that leads us through the mystery of life.
Brotherhood will be our foundation, a sacred ground where we’ll rekindle the ancient ways of gathering, of holding each other up, and of bringing our potential to life. From this experience, we will forge tools for our hearts, embodying a truth and integrity that will ripple into every part of our lives.
This is our moment to remember: we were never meant to walk this path alone.

The Location
Gravito - Healing Retreat Centre is a magical place, out of time, nestled in a valley in central Portugal and surrounded by acres of forest.
It is a wild place that cuts us off from the world and invites us to reconnect with the rhythm of nature and find our own rhythm.
This sacred land offers the ideal environment to go back inside and initiate this journey.
There is an incredible river and a small waterfall where it is possible to swim surrounded by this wilderness.
Accommodation is available in domes or tipis for 4 people.
A huge and magnificent geodesic dome open to nature hosts ceremonies, rituals and practices.
The place is solar powered, as is the water for the showers (which comes from the river) and invites us to understand and adopt a new way of consuming.
Dry toilets have also been created and are available.
Staying at Gravito is an unique experience that brings us back to a simple and basic way of life in a magical environment for a greater (re)connection to ourselves and to Mother Nature.

“Enter the Womb of the Earth”
In the Temazcal (or Inipi), we step into a sacred space to purify, reconnect, and remember. This ancient, time-honored ritual invites us to surrender—to release the burdens we’ve carried and the stories we’ve held. Within these heated stones and rising steam, we experience rebirth, guided by the wisdom of the ancestors and the warmth of the Earth herself. Each breath and each prayer carries us closer to our truth, cleansing body, mind, and spirit, opening us to healing, clarity, and the strength to journey forward with our brothers by our side.
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
The Facilitator
I am Miguel Sevilhano, a human dedicated to knowing, understanding, and fully experiencing life. I am a husband, and each day I grow more into my role as a father to my daughter, proud to be a present and engaged parent.
Since 2005, I have worked as a holistic therapist. Guided by curiosity and driven by my own healing journey, I developed the ability to support others in their healing.
With a deep appreciation for the rhythms of nature, my approach blends various techniques, integrating the ancient spiritual principles of Ayurveda with the precision of Osteopathy, the gentle touch of Cranio-Sacral Therapy, and the transformative power of Breathwork to release trauma.
My work includes individual sessions, group rituals, and collective healing retreats. I also facilitate Sacred Masculine work, fostering a healthy sense of brotherhood.
As I continue to explore my own traumas, my focus has increasingly shifted to supporting others in their journeys as well.

The Food
Delicious, organic and vegetarian or vegan meals made from local produce from the garden. Quality and seasonal food which reconnects us to our bodies and to the Earth. The harmony with nature will also be found in our plates. (Vegetarian Optional)

Check-in at 15h on Thursday the 24th of April.

- All practices mentioned in the program
- Accommodation in a dome or tipi for 4 people (very comfortable beds)
- Full board (delicious organic meals prepared with love and care from local products from the dinner on April 24th until the brunch on April 28th 2025)
- Yoga mat and all the necessary equipment for the different practices during the whole retreat

As the facilitator is Portuguese, there will be a possibility for occasional translation in Portuguese. Know that you are also always welcome to share in the circle in your Native Language.
